Stocking Pages is made by Robert Wescott, The Sage Dad, in Flemington, New Jersey. These terms describe how your photos and order information are handled.
Your photos
You provide 28 photos so we can create a personalized coloring book. Please upload only photos you have permission to use. For children pictured, you must have permission from their parent or guardian. This service is ordered by adults.
We do not sell your photos, publish them, or use them in marketing. Photos are stored outside the public website. Access is limited to the people and services needed to prepare your book. Before you consent on the order review, we show the actual photo processing workflow, including any external or AI services used. If that information is unavailable, checkout remains closed.
Deletion
Uploaded photos and production artwork are deleted from our order system when all recipient shipments in the order are marked shipped, or when a full refund is reconciled in our order system. Unpaid uploads are removed after 48 hours, during our daily cleanup. We retain basic paid-order contact, shipping and transaction records for up to 12 months after shipment or a full refund for customer service. Stripe maintains its own payment and tax records under its own policies. Recipient addresses and order amounts are sent to Stripe to calculate and record sales tax; photos are not sent to Stripe.
We use ChatGPT and/or Grok to convert photos into coloring artwork, with model-training opt-out enabled. These providers may retain submitted content under their own retention, safety and legal policies. Training opt-out does not promise immediate deletion or zero retention. For an earlier deletion request or a privacy question, contact the shop through the email link on the order page and include your order number. Removing photos before production finishes can prevent us from making your book.
Payment and extra copies
The first book is $20. Additional identical copies are $5 each, with up to 10 books per order. Shipping and handling are $8 per shipping address within the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., plus applicable sales tax. Tax is calculated separately for each shipping destination using Stripe Tax and shown before payment. The first recipient receives the $20 first book; the remaining identical copies are $5 each. All copies in one order have the same photos, cover, dedication and embellishments. You can divide copies among multiple recipients, with a separate gift note for each address. Each destination must receive at least one copy. Different photos or a different cover require a separate order.
You pay through Stripe Checkout after your photos upload. We never receive your card number. An upload alone is not a paid order. We start production only after payment is confirmed and your photos have been reviewed. If a photo needs replacing, we will contact you. If we cannot make the book, we will refund the order.
Optional embellishments
You can choose up to three artist touches at no additional charge. The artist incorporates them into photos that suit the additions, keeping the people and pets recognizable. Selections guide the artist; they are not a promise that every choice will appear on every page. All copies share the same artwork.
Shipping and changes
Paid orders placed by December 7, 2026 ship by December 18. Carrier timing varies; this is a ship-by commitment rather than a guarantee of Christmas delivery. Later orders have no Christmas delivery promise.
Contact the shop promptly if you need to cancel or correct an order. We can refund cancellations before production begins. Once production starts, personalized books cannot be canceled or returned for a change of mind. If an order arrives damaged or differs from your submitted details, contact us so we can resolve it.
