One useful question
“Which sound was close? Which one seemed farther away?”
HOW IT GOES
- Sit with your grown-up. Mark yourself in the middle of the map.
- Listen quietly for a short time. Draw or write a sound where you think it came from.
- Add three sounds. Put a question mark beside one you cannot identify.
Make it gentler
Point toward a sound while a grown-up draws.
Add a little stretch
Listen again later. Add a different mark for new sounds.
A good place to stop
Share one sound you would like to hear again.
