BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Gather a few things.

This sheet, stick/hanger, string, scissors for grown-up, collected light things.

One useful question

Why did that piece move first? What is heavier vs. catchier?

WHY THIS WORKS

A little more than a worksheet.

Wind becomes visible when you give it something to move.

Make it gentler

Use just ribbon strips. Watch them fly.

Add a little stretch

Make a chart: material vs. how fast it moved (fast, medium, slow).

A good place to stop

Hang it outside and check it after dinner.
